The Renewed Hope Ambassadors Summit was successfully convened at the State House Banquet Hall, Abuja, on Tuesday, 24th February 2026. The summit formally commenced with Session I: Opening and Direction (Plenary), which began with the National Anthem, followed by an opening prayer and the introduction of dignitaries present at the event.

The Chairman of the Occasion, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), delivered the opening remarks. A key highlight of the summit was the presentation of the Renewed Hope Compendium by His Excellency, Senator Kashim Shettima, GCON, Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Presidential Address and Official Opening
The summit reached its high point with the Presidential Address and Official Opening delivered by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In his address, President Tinubu reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to delivering on the promises of the Renewed Hope Agenda. He stressed the importance of citizen engagement, noting that effective communication of government reforms is essential to strengthening public confidence and ensuring that Nigerians understand the long-term benefits of ongoing economic and governance reforms.
