Women Directorate
Provides strategic leadership for women engagement, empowerment pathways, and inclusive participation. It ensures that women's perspectives, leadership, and community roles are fully integrated into civic engagement and feedback processes — making certain that Nigeria's most vital voices shape the reform agenda from the ground up.
Youth Directorate
Leads youth engagement, dialogue, and innovation initiatives. It focuses on mobilising young Nigerians through structured platforms that promote understanding of reforms, enterprise opportunities, and national development priorities — channelling the energy and creativity of Nigeria's largest demographic into constructive, nation-building civic participation.
Media & Publicity Directorate
Responsible for content development, messaging discipline, media coordination, and public information management. It oversees unified messaging guides, policy explainers, media engagement, and counter-misinformation efforts — ensuring every communication from the Renewed Hope platform is accurate, consistent, and credible across all channels and formats.
Organisation & Mobilisation Directorate
Coordinates grassroots structures and mobilisation frameworks nationwide. It supports zonal, state, LGA, and ward-level operations — ensuring orderly engagement, membership growth, and structured community outreach that reaches every Nigerian from national headquarters down to the smallest ward unit across all 774 local government areas.
Finance Directorate
Manages financial planning, accountability, and resource coordination for the platform. It ensures transparency, prudence, and compliance with approved operational frameworks — maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity so that every naira committed to the Renewed Hope mission is accounted for and deployed with maximum impact for all Nigerians.
